Tuition Terms

:: Engagement

Students and tutors are expected to commit at least one month of tutoring. This allows a minimum period for both the students and the tutors to get used to each other’s style of learning and teaching.

Should there be exceptional cases whereby tuition has to be cancelled before one month, parents need only pay for the number of lessons attended. A new experienced tutor will be introduced.

:: Payment

Students will credit 50% commission into our account after the 2nd week of commencement of tuition, and pay the tutors the remaining 50% after the first one month of tutoring. For subsequent months, tutors will keep the full tuition fees.

If the assignment is stopped before the first month, we shall collect the total fee payable, as administrative charges if it were the tutors who terminated the tuition, or charge only 50% of the amount they earned if it were the parents who cancelled the tuition. Payment to us will be made through account transfer.

A 10% refund will be given back to the parent should they change another tutor.

:: Verification of Qualifications

Tutors are required to present on their first day of tuition to bring along and show the parents their NRIC, Certificates of Education, Official Contact Number to verify their qualification.
